Our office is located in Panama Pacifico (a free zone area), Republic of Panama and we are regulated by Law 23 of April 27th, 2015, on Adopting Measures for the Prevention of Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and other provisions (“AML Legislation”). The AML Legislation has been subject to numerous Executive Decrees (amendments) following its implementation in 2015.If you are based out of Panama, where rules on data protection apply, please note we need to comply with this Law.
